Coach Rezza Custodio-Soriano

Rezza is a Marketing Executive with extensive experience in telecommunications (13 yrs), OTC pharma (5 yrs), corporate training (6 yrs), professional coaching (6 yrs) and public speaking (20 yrs).
As a Marketing Executive, she has brought many awards and recognition for brands in the Pharma industry both locally and internationally, as well as for the telecommunications industry. In 2009, she and her team in Smart Communications won a Gold Boomerang award for Project Sandbox.
In 2011 she obtained her international trainer certification under T. Harv Eker’s Train the Trainer Program. She began her stint with the Certified Digital Marketer Program (CDM) in 2012, and has been collaborating with CDM since then as Co-Program Director for CDM Pharma and is a regular SME for both public and in-house courses.
She is the co-founder and Chief Digital Officer of Cobena Business Analytics and Strategy, Inc., one of the fastest-growing data analytics and management consultancy companies in the Philippines. In this line of work, she has worked with clients such as of Nestle, Pfizer, Wyeth, ABS-CBN, Ayala Land, Glaxo-SmithKline, Fonterra, PLDT, Sanofi, Metrobank, Globe Telecom, Google, among others.
She is also co-founder of Winning Coaching, and conducts both public and in-house programs on leadership, personal development and life coaching for individuals and professionals. In relation to this, she has had 15 years of Christian Counselling, and over 6 years of NLP Coaching with Winning Coaching. In July 2017, she became the first Asian to be licensed as a Creatrix® Transformologist® for women.
On weekends, she serves as the Pastoral Council for the Feast Bay Area Council of Bro. Bo Sanchez, and regularly gives talks for various Formation and Discipleship programs of the community.
